📦 Order Processing

All our products are made or prepared especially for you — which means once you place an order, we start processing it within 24-48 hours.

Please allow 2–7 business days for production and packaging, followed by shipping times depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, an email containing the tracking code and a notice that your order has been shipped will be sent to the email address provided when making the purchase/registration. It may end up in your spam or trash folder, so be careful.


🌍 Shipping

We ship worldwide!

Shipping times vary by country, but generally fall between 7–21 business days depending on your region and local customs. Please note that during holidays or high-volume seasons, delays may occur that are out of our control.


💔 Refunds & Returns

Because many of our items are custom-made or printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number. We’ll happily send a replacement or offer a refund.


❌ Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
